Thank you for taking part in Your Say Torbay Residents Survey.
We are committed to putting our residents at the heart of everything we do, so we are introducing regular surveys to get important feedback about what matters to you.
The results will help us understand what local people think of the Council, the services it provides and its value for money, as well as aspects of life in Torbay.
We want to gather views from residents of all ages right across the Bay.
We will be able to compare the results with other councils and with future surveys in Torbay. This will help us continue to improve our services.
This survey opens on Friday, June 30, 2023, and runs until Friday, July 21, 2023. The results will then be analysed and used to help inform our future provision of services.
Introduction
Your local area receives services from Torbay Council such as recycling and refuse collection, street cleansing, planning, education, social care services and road maintenance.
Throughout this survey we ask you to think about ‘your local area’. When answering, please consider your local area to be the area within 15–20 minutes walking distance from your home. This survey is designed for those aged 16 and above.
