DESCRIPTION:Starts Monday 18th September 10-11am and runs every Monday for 4 weeks. \n\n\n\n A fabulous book themed course run by Rachel from South Devon college. This is a free course which earn the participants a qualification. Learners get to create a storybox based on their favourite storybook. \n\n\n\n Rachel teaches several crafting skills which enhance the project and enable you to improve on other craft projects. Places are limited to 6 adults and runs for 1 hour per week over 4 weeks. You can bring your babies and toddlers too so you don’t need childcare\, and they can make characters to go in the storybox.  \n\n\n\nBook in advance to avoid disappointment.

It’s a great chance to celebrate our progress\, connect with neighbours\, and cultivate a sense of pride in our neighbourhood! \n\n\n\nThe Wall Clean Up & Repairs Starts; 10AM @The Mural Site\, Warren Hill \n\n\n\nCome and lend a hand. Participate in the process. Your help is so appreciated and helps keep the area looking its best. \n\n\n\nBut it’s not all about cleaning and repairing! There are rewards! \n\n\n\nCommunity BBQ Follows After…\n\n\n\nFollowing the mural clean-up and repairs\, we’ll gather for the last Community BBQ of the season. Food will be provided to celebrate our collective efforts. Just bring a side\, a drink and enjoy yourself. \n\n\n\nSo come along and join us on Saturday\, 19th August\, at 10 AM at the top of Warren Hill. DESCRIPTION:The Melville Community invites all residents of the Melville areas\, Warren Road\, St Luke’s\, Abbey Road and Rock Road\, to participate in our regular monthly meetings. It is a unique opportunity to share your concerns regarding our Neighbourhood and help improve our town.   Representatives of the Council and Torquay Police support our community and attend these meetings\, which helps residents and the Town administration focus efforts where it matters most.  We can already see many improvements in our Neighbourhood\, but it is only beginning\, and thanks to all resident’s collective efforts and support from Council and Police so far\, our area will become safer\, more vibrant and more pleasant to live in.   The monthly meetings are also a great place to make new friends and learn about upcoming events and activities planned in our area.
