Local history writer Kevin Dixon hosts 2 talks on Wednesday, 17^th May

Starting at 1:30 pm with “The Great Saturday Night Out” – Do you remember EJs, The Mousetrap, The Yacht and the Hideaway? Join Kevin on a tour of Torquay’s Twentieth Century Nightlife; the pubs, the clubs, the drinks and the fashion.

At 3:30 pm, Kevin delivers his fascinating talk on “The Tour of Torbay names”. Paignton, Brixham, Tormohun. Just where did all those local names come from, and what do they mean?

Tickets are £3 per person per talk or £5 for both talks. Refreshments were provided too.
