Monday 17th February: Breathwork with Karen Goddard Breathwork Journey
Most of us breathe very shallowly, taking quick snatches of breath in and out without thinking. By consciously breathing, you can breathe low and slow, drawing oxygen into your lungs. This affects your nervous system and impacts your overall wellness.
I will teach you some conscious breathing exercises that can help with anxiety. How taking time to breathe deep can help take you out of fight or flight mode. Then we take a short 9D breathwork journey together. 9 different dimensions of sound, through earphones, that activate your healing powers, clear limiting beliefs and move you nearer to your goals…all from just breathing …and no need to talk, discuss or go over old scenarios… just let it go.
