How Vision Journaling Can Aid Healthier Lifestyles
In Week 5 of our Smoking Cessation Programme, we were happy to welcome back Darcy Sophia Holistic for a powerful vision journaling session.
Together, we spent the evening creating personal vision journals using images, words and colours to reflect how we want to feel and the life we are working towards, from improved health and wellbeing to a smoke-free future.
Sometimes, having a visual reminder of your goals can make all the difference. Vision journaling is a gentle but meaningful way to stay connected to your intentions, especially during moments when motivation dips. It helps shift the focus from what you are giving up to what you are creating for yourself.
It was a calm, creative and supportive session that gave everyone time to reflect, reset and reconnect with their reasons for positive change.
This evening was part of the Melville Communities Smoking Cessation and Healthy Living Programme, funded by Torbay Council’s Smoking Cessation Group, supporting people on their journey towards better health and wellbeing.

A lovely reminder that positive change does not have to feel clinical or overwhelming. Sometimes it can start with a quiet moment, a clear intention and a picture of the life you are moving towards.
